Through our contact form, we collect your name, company or business name, email address, inquiry category and message, preferred meeting dates and times, consent status, and language used. You can submit an inquiry without completing optional fields. To deliver and protect the website, our hosting service may process communication information such as your IP address and the date and time of access.

We use information to respond to inquiries, confirm the details of your request, arrange meetings, make proposals and communicate about your request, provide services, and prevent misuse. We use Cloudflare to deliver the website and receive inquiries. Submitted inquiries are sent through Lark’s notification features to a destination managed by Spady, where the person responsible can review them. Depending on each service’s infrastructure and contractual arrangements, information may be processed outside Japan. Cookies and website measurement
This website uses Google Tag Manager. On the new homepage, contact page, and this policy page in each language, measurement tags load after you consent to cookies. You can browse the website and submit inquiries without consenting. Your cookie choice and motion display settings are saved in your browser’s local storage. You can change your choice using “Change cookie settings.” Changing your choice to decline does not withdraw information that has already been sent. You can delete stored cookies through your browser settings.
